Local Policing

It is important that crime and disorder is dealt with effectively and efficiently within the Parish. The purpose of this page is to share with you key information about local policing, local policing priorities and how you can contact the local policing team.

In a world where platforms are capable of addressing lots of people at once, it is important that crime and disorder is reported to the authorities for them to take action. Posting on social media, whilst well intended can have an adverse effect on potential investigations. We understand that sharing something online is done with the best of intentions however this should be avoided. You should always report incidents to the Police (or where applicable the Councils) via their respective telephone numbers or contact forms (located on this page). Where it is an emergency, you should always contact the emergency services via 999.
